I Agree that Car and Personal Loans Ltd trading as CAPLOANS and its selected third party credit providers (Lenders) may collect from credit reporting agencies, other credit providers, my employer/s accountant/s, or other named person/s or relative/s such personal, financial and commercial information and references about me as necessary for the purpose of considering this application.  I agree that Car and Personal Loans Ltd  and its selected Lenders may produce this authority to such parties for the purpose of collecting such information.

 

I acknowledge that Car and Personal Loans Ltd and its Lenders:

1. Will keep this personal information during the period the finance is provided, and seven years after repayments of all credit provided by our Lenders.

2. May collect and monitor personal information about me as necessary for the administration and protection of such credit.

3. May provide any of the personal information to a third party employed by Car and Personal Loans Ltd, or by our Lenders, to assist in enforcement of any agreement between our Lenders.

4. May contact you by mail, email, fax or telephone to offer you products and services, and other relevant information that we think might benefit you.

 

My personal information may be readily retrieved, I shall have access to it and the right to request correction.

Services we provide

We provide the following services:

1. Give class advise and access to credit contracts from various finance providers.

2. Give class advise and offer to sell credit related insurance products from various insurance providers.

3. Give class advise and offer to sell motor vehicle insurance and warranty products from various insurance providers.

4. Car and Personal Loans Ltd is only limited to giving advise on Category 2 products and is regulated by the Financial Markets Authority.

 

Finance Fees

​

As a finance advisor our remuneration is derived from finance providers for introducing clients to their products and services.  Our advisor fee may be included in the total amount financed, along with other fees charged by the loan provider.
